Our local Tico and Tica team members have grown up around the beautiful Costa Ballena. They have seen this area transform from a landscape of ranches and sleepy villages into a thriving patchwork of tourist towns, expat enclaves and local Costa Rican towns and villages all existing under the canopy of towering jungles and majestic coastal mountains that descend towards our pristine dark-sanded beaches. They know every nook & cranny, hidden secret, surprising fact or scandalous tidbit of Costa Ballena’s local lore – and are excited to show off the local homes, lots, farms and businesses.

Sitting under the global RE/MAX umbrella, we greatly benefit from industry-leading training, innovation and leadership. Several times a year our team, including agents and management, attends various one-day or multi-day training and workshop sessions. Once or twice these were held in our humble Ojochal office!
