Brand New Mountain Home with Sunset Ocean Views in Tinamastes

Welcome to the San Cristobal Ridge between Dominical and Tinamastes, Costa Rica. It’s unbelievable how a place of so many amazing characteristics is still some what of a secret in the area. San Cristobal Ridge is located 3 minutes from the center of Tinamastes (farmer’s market) and 20 minutes from the beaches of Dominical. A large portion of the access is paved and concreted which makes for a super easy access to this home. As you make your way down the road to the property you are immediately embraced by one of the most spectacular views in the area.

Upon entering the main gate to the home you will immediately realize you have the best view on the ridge. A perfect 180 degree panoramic view of the entire mountain range spanning from the tops of Alto San Juan, down to the valley of San Juan De Dios, and back up again to the coastal ridges and the horizon of the Pacific ocean. This view never gets old and at 2,000 feet above sea level the temperature is perfectly fresh. The colors of the mountains and the ocean change throughout the day allowing for an amazing array of bright and dark greens, oranges, and purples. For a majority of the year the sun also sets along this horizon and the islands at the tip of Manuel Antonio National Park are also visible.

Let’s Talk About the Pool

Well, this has to be one of the most unique swimming pools in the area. Large 800 square feet of salt water swimming area with a beautifully designed curved infinity edge. The view looking over the edge of the pool makes for an almost surreal experience. Bring your friends because there’s plenty of room as well as some convenient spots for a barbeque grill set up and a seating area around the patio and the soft grass below. A Home That You Won’t Forget

The home consists of 2,000 square feet of area built completely from concrete block making for an incredibly strong and fresh feel inside. There are presently 2 bedrooms however there is room to easily add more on the extra areas around the home. The master bedroom is quite large and faces the mountains and sunset ocean views. There are multiple sliding glass doors that can be opened to to access the patio and pool outside, as well as gas operated fireplace that can be enjoyed inside or outside the bedroom. This fireplace is wall area is wrapped in an impressive Cedar Hardwood décor to give the room a style of it’s own. The bedroom has a large King Size hardwood bed and there is a private bathroom with a large shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed and a spacious bathroom.

Where everyone will want to be is the living room and kitchen area. This spot is like no other, especially once you open up the accordion doors to both sides and look out to the pool and view. What an incredible place to sit and really enjoy this beautiful country view. The tv sitting area offers a few sofas to lounge in and the kitchen is open and spacious. The kitchen countertops are all White Quarts with cedar cabinetry below along with some floating shelves. The island is huge and just incredible to be at with that commanding view directly in front
