The third level of the residence holds a third open air lounge area, with additional outdoor kitchen and dining. Prime views over the jungle and ocean can be enjoyed from this space. The organic design of this level encompasses a rattan ceiling and bamboo structure with hardwood floors.

Returning to the main level of the residence, the center piece of the estate is the exquisite pool area, surrounded by beautiful coralina tile. The main level is accessed by walk way from the main outdoor dining area of the residence and hosts a relaxing sitting area perched above the jungle. This is a tranquil spot to relax in the hammock and observe the fauna of the rainforest during the day, and in the evening sit and admire the colors of the sunset as it paints the sky and the mountain range along the coast.
